Why was my new player not automatically recognized?
Unfortunately, not all information can be downloaded directly from Hattrick, so players must be registered manually (once only). However, this can be done quickly using copy & paste.
This may happen for a few reasons:-
If you have checked both of these and there is still a problem, it will probably be because of a new or updated coach comment. If so, please contact the appropriate translator. →

Why was my player not shown in the line-up?
Possible reasons: with regards to copy and paste imports:
You have not yet imported the player into Hattrick Youthclub or the import was done after you have synchronized the match.
The player received a red card. If this is the case, then, unfortunately, it is not possible to put him in the line-up because we do not receive the necessary information from Hattrick. This means you need to add the performance of this player and the time he was sent off manually.
