Importing coach comments
Add in the text box to complete the training report you previously copied from Hattrick. (The welcome and farewell phrases you can be left away.)
On the next page you get the information whether all comments have been correctly identified and if not, what it could have been the cause. If you can exclude errors on your side, you should contact us because the error could be due to a hitherto unknown or misspelled comment, or a wrong comment on our side.
Possible error for comments that could not be read
- You accidentally have not copied the entire coach comment and thus cutted off a comment in the middle.
- The player was not in the line up, either at the time you synchronised the game, the player had not yet been created, or he received a red card
Procedure for not lined up players
- If the player received a red card, or had to leave the field because of an injury, while no substitute replaced him, we do not receive the necessary information from Hattrick to create his performance.
- You have to add the performances manually
and then
- Add the minute of sending-offs and substitutions
Should you be able to exclude these errors,probably a coach comment has changed, write a message to the appropriate translator.
Besides the possibility to insert coach comments with copy & paste, you can also create them manually. Click on the line up page of the respective match, next to the player that received the comment, on the Coach comment icon (
).
Now you see all the coach comments classified in various categories, click on the appropriate category and then on the respective comment.
