Importing players:
To import a new player click on the “Players” button in the menu and then on top of that page click on “Import a player”. Then, leaving this page open, go to Hattrick.org and to the page of the player that you want to import. From this page you then need to copy the whole source-code (see video) and then insert this into the text-box, on the Hattrick Youthclub page that you previously left open. The options shown on the next page are optional; you can put your player in a group, insert what type of player you were looking for and add which region you scouted him in. Once you have done this click on “import scout comments” and your scout comments will be saved and then shown on the screen - to allow you to check that all the things you added were correctly stored

The scout comments can also be inserted manually or edited afterwards by clicking on the scout icon , on the players page - next to the player you want to edit. (NB - if you place the cursor over any icon a description of what it means is shown).
